We are a guild that is focused towards progression through means suited to a guild of our size. We are team players that play on a regular basis. We are loyal to our guild and keep a positive attitude, as we fulfill our roles to the best of our abilities. Becoming a Member: • After you have gone through our application process, you will shortly be tagged <Na Îkaika> and be ranked as an "Initiate". An "Initiate" is our lowest active rank. It is the first step towards becoming a member. As an "Initiate", you are limited to all of what we have to offer you. It is our goal to help you feel comfortable with us, pending on how devoted we think you are towards us. While being an "Initiate, you are not allowed to have any "Alternates" in Na Îkaika. You will have access to our guild bank, but will be limited to 2 withdraws per day from our "Initiate" tab. As an "Initiate", you will not be able to view, deposit or withdraw from any other guild bank tabs. You are required to register on site using your "ingame" character's name as your username. You must remain active on our forums as you are in "World of Warcraft". Again, as an "Initiate" you will be limited to only the general and Initiate area on the forums. While being an "Initiate", you will be evaluated and reviewed. This process may take up to 2 weeks. Your evaluation is based upon how well you fit in with our existing members, how well you present yourself to others, how well you play your role, and how active you are "ingame" as well as on site. After your review, your permanent status will be determained by the members of Na Îkaika. Member Structure: • Members of Na Îkaika are split up into two categories:
Guild Leadership: • Guild Leadership is created within a Council framework and is divided into two categories: Guild Council and Guild Officers. • The Guild Council is the backbone to Na Îkaika and is headed by the Grand Marshal. The Grand Marshal focuses his attention towards the guilds direction, progression and growth. He shares his ideas and decisions with with the Guild Council, but will have the power to overcome any disputes, decisions and/or votes. If for any circumstance, the Grand Marshal wishes to step down from his position, he will appoint up to three nominees. The members of Na Îkaika will then determine the outcome of who will be the apprentice. The apprentice will be trained accordingly, before the demotion of the Grand Marshal. • The Guild Council also consists of Field Marshals & Knight-Wardens. Field Marshals are appointed by the Grand Marshal and are divided upon seperate duties and recognition as follows:
• Knight-Wardens are appointed by the Grand Marshal and is in charge of all relations towards all members of Na Îkaika. His focus is to keep the guild as a whole, making sure everyone is progressing and reaching thier goals. He is also in charge of recruitment, guiding all new members to the way of Na Îkaika. If for any circumstance we find a flaw in our ways, we bring the issue(s) to the Guild Council, in which will be determained on what the solution will be. All amendments to the Guild Charter, Guild Policy, and Code of Conduct, will be subject to a vote by the Guild Council, then carried forth to the acting Grand Marshal. Guild History
