The Guild and You

• We are not here to answer all your questions. >-- Read that again. Try to find out the answer yourself first by reading thottbot.com or the wowhead.com. The guild will help, but it's better to try and figure stuff out on your own at first.

• Na Îkaika members are expected to be an example. While wearing our tag, all actions and doings you do reflects upon our guild as whole. Camp stealing, Harassment, profanity, begging, teasing, or any other misbehaved actions towards a fellow alliance players is not what we wish to be reconized by and will not be tolerated.

• Na Îkaika members do not communicate information about our guild raids to other players in the game, nor do they enter into negotiations with other guilds if we are moving on a target. Members do not share specific information about guild raids with other guilds including tactics, current targets or kill information. All interguild communication will be handled by the staff.

• Members of Na Îkaika are not to sell there services to any other Na Îkaika members. This includes professions, resources, quests, boss kills, flagging, ect. If a member is in need of a service such as a profession, he/she should only be asked to either pay or supply the materials that is needed. Services done such as boss kills, helping with quests, collecting resources, ect., should only be acted upon your good will and voluntary actions.

• Respect is earned. There are a lot of very generous people in Na Îkaika, but it is unlikely they will help someone who screams "plzzzz i need gold" every other day.

Recruitment

• Na Îkaika is a very casual guild. We welcome all classes level 10 and above.

Begging

• Do not ask strangers for free goods, services or money. It is annoying, uncool, and it tarnishes the Guild as a whole. It will not be tolerated, and believe me, we will find out. As far as asking guild members for money there are only certain situations in which that will happen. Furthermore needing money for some blue item, or trinket that you must have is not the guild's responsibility. If you have made friends within the guild who want to lend you money so be it.

• Don't ask for a boost to [insertlowleveldungeonhere] every day. Members of Na Îkaika do spend alot of time gathering materials/farming rep, achievements, ect. to progress on thier toons.

Looting

• Always wait until all mobs are dead before looting. Never loot during a battle, it's bad form.

• Always wait until everyone is ressed before looting. Its just rude otherwise.
  
• If you are going to pass on an item or chest, say so. Make it clear that you are passing.
  
• Do not manipulate the roll, /random 100-100 is not funny, it's not cool, and it's not mature. Don't waste peoples time with fake rolls.

• Only select "Need" if that item is an upgrade for you. If the item isn't an upgrade, then either "Greed it" or "Pass on it".

Public Channels

• Don't take advantage of newbies or lowbies. Don't overcharge for things, lie, or attempt auction house scams. Anything that reflects badly on the guild will not be tolerated, you are our representative and if you cause us loss of status on the server we are not going to be pleased about it. Don't proselytize your religion or your politics. Comments such as "gay" "fag" "nigger" and so on are NEVER tolerated. Shit happens in guild chat, but refrain from using these kinds of terms in both guild and puplic chat channels. If you really hate homosexuals, women or people of ethnicity, we don't need you here. Our first priorities is to make our members feel comfortable in guild, earn the respect of other guilds and to be the leaders of ethical and fair play, respect that will allow us to be successful and recruit more members to help you succeed as well. I realize many of you may be young and are used to dealing with people your own age. We appreciate players of all ages here and you will be not be judged by your age, but your maturity, so be cool and respect people who may ask you to tone things down.

• Offensive Chat...Don't use the public channels for your sex chats ect. Chats such as "anal" and so on is just not funny and frankly, its immature. Be selective when chatting in public, remember, all actions you perform reflects on us as whole. Na Îkaika is a respected guild and wish to keep it that way.

Parties and Instances

• Make sure you present yourself in a proper manner. Fullfilling your role, being polite and considerate will get you into more groups and opportunities.

• Make sure to follow our "looting" rules.

Guild Chat

• This is a crazy place where people often feel free to express themselves. This is encouraged, don't pick on people or insult them. If someone is an idiot they will make that clear by themselves, no need to help them. Though most of us are adults, please be selective when chatting on this channel. Conversations which includes drugs, sex, racial slur, ect. may offend others. Be reminded that even if most are adults, some of us have children that are observing us as well while in game, so please keep the profanity to a certain degree.

Guild Bank

• The guild bank is on a "CAN and WILL use' basis. Items in bank are not for you to sell for your own personal profits and finacial gain. Keep in mind that others are in need as well, take only what you need and don't be greedy. The guild bank is a priviledge, please don't abuse it!

• We will not censor you freedom of personal speech, but unless you are explicitly authorized to speak for the guild, you must never phase things in a way that will reflect the guild as a whole in a bad light. Do not criticize other guilds or players without stating you are speaking for yourself. If you are starting flamewars and making unjustified, rude or harmful comments you can expect to be called on it, so act respectfully.

Invasion / Battlegrounds

• PvP can be fun with lots of laughs, but it is not this guild's main focus. There are many skilled PvP guilds in Kalecgos if that's where your desires lie. Of course, get your Arena rating up and do BGs because you enjoy them!

Guild Support

• At times, members of Na Îkaika may need help with certain task and achievements. Na Îkaika will try thier best to help out to the best of thier abilities.

Note: Violation towards the "Code of Conduct" will be resulted with disciplinary actions. You will be placed in detention till the completion of your review. Violations towards the "Code of Conduct" may result on a "Guildremove".
